3/4 cup graham crumbs
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1. In a bowl combine the graham crumbs, sugar and butter. Spoon into 8 dessert dishes. Aprox 4 tsp each.
2. Mix cream cheese til smooth. Add milk and blend. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon into dishes and top with cherry pie filling.

Corn starch Pudding
½ cup sugar 5 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt 4 cups of milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla
Put milk on & bring to a boil, mix sugar, starch, salt & add
A little cold milk until creamy (not runny!) stir slowly
Into boiling milk turn down to medium heat, stir with a whisk
Until thick, stir in vanilla, put in a glass bowl.
This is a very old recipe it came from Grandma Quance, probably from her mother, my in laws had never herd of it! I like it just a little warm but some like it hot or cold, mom (& I) was raised having a little jam or jelly over it!
